Kev Brown (@KevBr0wn) has been churning out quality music over the past few years under the Low Budget moniker (@LowBudgetCrew). What we have here in the 4th Quarter of 2013 is a dope project with Low Budget cohorts Early Reed (@EarlyEh) and J Scienide (@JScienide).

Early Reed puts the SP-505 to good use on this throwback EP, as he seamlessly chops and constructs sonic beds for J Scienide to rest his lyrics. Brown, Supastition (@Supastition_NC), Hassaan Mackey (@HassaanMackey), and DJ Jon Doe all lend their talents to this aural treat. If you're looking for rhymes with no filler and beats to nod your head to, this is the EP to listen to for the remaining part of '13 and into 2014. When naysayers state there is no good Hip Hop, you just have to dig a little deeper. Radio play is not the place to look for dopeness. It may be under the radar, but it is there nevertheless.
